Hi! I'm Kara,
and I don't do surface level coaching or spiritual bypassing.

Who I Am
I'm a triple fire sign, a hairstylist-turned-coach, and my style is equal parts "love & light" and "fuck around and find out." I've spent 20 years behind the chair shaping hair and hearts, reading people, holding space, and calling out the patterns they can't see yet. Now I help women who are done people-pleasing get clear, get honest, and get their power back.
I'm also a mom, a wife, an entrepreneur, and an ICF-certified Soul Purpose & Spiritual Life Coach. But honestly? The credentials matter less than this: I've been where you are.​

Burned out? CHECK. Overextended? CHECK. Resentful? CHECK.
Constantly running 1,000 miles an hour and getting absolutely nowhere? DOUBLE CHECK.
How I Got Here
For years, I was doing all the things I thought I should: mom, wife, business owner, perfectionist, people-pleaser extraordinaire. Burning the candle at all ends (duh, I'm a fire sign), showing up head-spinning, exhausted, and filled with resentment. I told myself I had to prove myself, earn my place, make everyone proud. The cracks were showing, but avoidance was my superpower, and "success" blinded me to it all.

​All the boxes I was checking, paired with my "I'll show them" mindset, landed me in toxic relationships, a broken business, and serious self-sabotage.
​
​Then life handed me a plot twist: Breast Cancer.
​
​No dramatic epiphany or instant miracle - just the brutal, clarifying realization that living someone else's version of success was literally killing me. That's when I stopped performing and started rebuilding.
​I realized living someone else's version of success was costing me my peace, power, and joy. So I pivoted. I rebuilt my relationship with myself, tore down what no longer served me, and re-learned what I had forgotten:

​That's how I got here. I've blended 20 years of relationship-building behind the chair with the tools and strategies from my ICF coaching certification, layered with the depth, humility, and grit that only real-life experience can give you.
