Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy -A valid credit card is required to secure your session. -Full payment is due at the time of booking. -Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive details on how to prepare for your session. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy -Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no extra cost. -Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. -No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the full fee will be forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be provided. -Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid losing your payment.
